Attached is the Semi-complete standings of wings submitting unit questionnaires as of 21:05 hrs, 15 Feb 05. While Ohio is not listed at 100%, I assure you that our last report was submitted by 13:00 hrs. 15 Feb 05 and we are at 100% compliance. We may not have been first in the Nation (Yaaaaa KY) the most important is we finished the race in grand style thanks to all who assisted with this project.
