The rules governing the competition are the NCC Rules of Engagement (ROE) 5.4 found at http://level2.cap.gov/documents/ROE_54.pdf. If you have any specific questions about the competition, please contact the project officers.

At this time we are also looking for senior members interested in judging the competition and cadets interested in assisting the cadet project officer. If you would like to assist please contact the project officers.
