Rationale: At times, aircraft scheduling for SAREX and other missions may appear to be monopolized by a few pilots. The following OHWG Policy will alleviate the situation.

OHWG Policy: No CAP Mission Pilot shall schedule any specific OHWG Corporate aircraft for more than two successive SAREX exercises unless authorized by the OHWG/CC or OHWG/DO. The Policy will provide the opportunity for all OHWG Mission Pilots to schedule and fly SAREX exercises.
Exception: Flying Unit Commanders and their designees who schedule and manage the usage of their custodial aircraft for mission purposes may schedule the aircraft for unlimited consecutive missions.
