28 JAN 07 - With the pending change of command at Great Lakes Region, Col Webb has released a document on the selection process for the new Ohio Wing CC. All members can download this letter by clicking on the file name below.

12 JAN 07 - Colonel William "Bill" Webb's term as the Great Lakes Region Commanderwill end on 1 March 2007. The Region Commander's Selection Committeemet earlier this week and reviewed the qualifications of severalcandidates from the region. After careful deliberation, the committeemade their recommendation to Major General Pineda and he has selectedColonel Charles "Chuck" Carr, Jr. to serve. Colonel Carr is currently servingas the Ohio Wing Commander and has been an outstanding member, pilot,and leader since 1989. Colonel Carr will relinquish his command tobegin his term as the Great Lakes Region Commander on 1 March 2007.
