Expiring Achievements for May 2009

Expiring Achievements May 2009 ALL Pilots, Mission Pilots, Transport Mission Pilots, Observers, Scanners, Base and Ground personnel:In an effort to provide the members of OHWG timely advance notice of specialties that are about to expire such that the individual can correct the situation before the expiration date, i.e. the end of the month,OHWG will be publishing an Expiration of Achievements Report on a monthly basis. The report will be published wingwide between the the first and the middle of the month. The report and the data contained therein are available now via the continuing efforts of NHQ/IT.

Note: The report covers all Operations and Emergency Services Specialties

OHWG Operations Webpage, Aircraft Information Subpage Updated 

ALCON:

The OHWG Operations Webpage, Aircraft Information subwebpage has been updated to provide:
* Correct aircraft location, custodial unit commander, and contact information.
* Updated downloadable OHWG official normal and emergency checklists.
* Official downloadable OHWG kneeboard type normal and emergency checklists for the G1000 aircraft, N354CP, N370CP, & N965CP
* Weight and Balance information inclusive of printable weight vs CG graphs for each aircraft in the form of a MS Excel workbook which can be user updated with pilot information.
* Future updates as required.

Thanks to OHWG/IT for bringing all of this information together and reporgramming the webpage.

FUNDED CAPF5 Flight Evaluations for OHWG Mission Pilots and Transport Mission Pilots 

ALL OHWG Mission Pilots (MP) and Transport Mission Pilots (TMP):

1. CAP MP and TMP with CAPF5 Expiration dates 30APR09 through 30SEP09
AF Training Funds are now available up to one (1) hour for CAPF 5 Evaluation with successful completion for all CAP Mission Pilots (MP) and Transport Mission Pilots (TMP). F5/91 missions have been created in WIMRS on a monthly basis commencing 1MAY09 and continuing through 14SEP09.
• Only one successfully completed CAPF 5 evaluation will be funded in FY 2009.
• Groups of qualifying pilots, based on eServices OPS-QUAL CAPF5 expiration data will be notified directly via email on a monthly basis.
• The mission number will be loaded into the WMU Flight Release module as are all other missions on a monthly basis.
• The Corporate Multiservice Card must be used for the fuel.
• A CAPF108 must be completed, along with the completed CAPF5 and fuel receipts, and sent to OHWG/DOMF, Capt Curt Rowe NLT the 5th day of the following month.
• Flight time greater than one (1) hour and fuel for the excess flight time is the responsibility of the pilot.

2. CAP MP and TMP with CAPF5 Expiration dates 1OCT08 through 31MAR09 who have successfully completed CAPF5 Evaluations during this period
OHWG Training Funds are now available for up to one (1) hour for CAPF 5 Evaluation with successful completion for all CAP Mission Pilots (MP) and Transport Mission Pilots (TMP)who have previously successfully completed a CAPF5 during the period 1OCT08 through 31MAR09.
• Only one successfully completed CAPF 5 evaluation will be funded in FY 2009.
• The Corporate mission number OH_MISC and C17 mission symbol must be used.
• The Corporate Multiservice Card must NOT be used for the fuel. The pilot must pay for the fuel and submit the receipt attached to the F108.
• A CAPF108 must be completed, along with the completed CAPF5 and fuel receipts, and sent to OHWG/DOMF, Capt Curt Rowe NLT the 15JUN2009.
• Flight time greater than one (1) hour and fuel for the excess flight time is the responsibility of the pilot.
