The fee for this year's Encampment is $155.00. Checks should be made payable to Ohio Wing, CAP. The cost of admission includes meals and private or semi-private billeting for the entire Encampment.

Cadet applications (CAPF 31), for cadet staff, are to be electronically sent to Lt Col Tom Snell prior to sending a signed paper copy and check. Once accepted to a Cadet Staff position you will be directed as to where to send you CAPF 31 and check. . Cadet staff applicants do NOT mail your form to Wing HQ!

Please hurry to get your application in! We are capped at a maximum of 90 basics. Applications for Cadet Basics will be accepted beginning on 1 April 05 on a first come, first serve basis. Don't miss out on this experience. There will be a further posting of application information by 01 April 05 so please return to this page often for updates.

Note to Cadets, Squadron and Wing Commanders. The Ohio Encampment staff will periodically e-mail a list of cadets who have applied, to Wing Commanders for their approval. Any applicant not approved by their home wing, will not be accepted.

Also, cadets, please be sure to know and include your Social Security Number on your application; this activity is on an active duty military base and as such, SSNs will be required. Also, please be sure to be as forthcoming as possible with your medical history. As put by the Encampment Commander:

DON'T FORGET: Medical questions are not there to keep anyone from attending Encampment, it is to let us know of anything that could become a problem.

Failure to provide a social security number or omitting pertinent medical information will require that you be sent home and no refund.
