Information for MANSFIELED GUIDED SAREX, 08-T-4699, 18-20 APR @ Mansfield Lahm Airport (MFD); see attached. All CAP communications will be using CAP designated channels rather than descreet frequencies. Repeaters will be by location name.

OHWF 17 Forms are due by 1 January 2007. They must be sent to me, by email, by then. On 2 January, I am emailing them to all ICs. If they are not in on time, the ICs will not have a current OHWF 17, and your unit will probably NOT be called for missions. As of this date, I only have 13 forms in.

New, updated, OHWF17 forms are due by 1 January for 2007. If you do not have one, a blank form is posted on the Wing Web Site under"Downloads." You should be able to update and re-date your old form and email it in just a couple of minutes. PLEASE DO NOT SEND HARDCOPY. These forms are sent to all ICs for their use in calling units up for missions.
