Ladies and Gentlemen,
Wing Headquarters is currently seeking an Assistant Wing Finance Officer. This position would assist the Finance Officer in all phases of the wing financial process. Some attendance at Wednesday Wing work nights, and Wing meetings, second Saturday of the month, is required. The successful applicant should have a financial, or accounting background. Interested personnel are encouraged to forward a short bio and statement of interest via wing e-mail to Major Bowman, Chief of Staff by 23 November.

Hello Everyone! Thank you for your feedback and questions!
Attached is a sample budget. Please use this format and make appropriate changes as needed for your specific unit. I also want to give kudos out to GLR-OH 037 on their budget! It looks great and thank you for the additional finance committee sheet! GREAT JOB Team 037 !! All - This budget process will tell us: - how much you plan to spend
- what you plan to spend your funds on
- how you plan to raise the funds (or where you plan to get the funds from) (i.e. dues, fundraisers, etc.)
- if you plan to use your unit's account (as some of you have the funds in your accounts to use for cadets and activities) then state that in your budget
- Quarterly reviews will be conducted to ensure that we are on target with our budgets, with correspondences sent out to units that may need assistance
In addition to your budget, please also attach your units finance committee names and positions. This will help Dave and I greatly when we need to get in touch with your units finance officer(s). Please email Dave Gwyer or I with any additional questions. Remember, deadline to me at the Wing is 9/24/11 - Thank you to all who have already submitted your budget to me. I will be in touch! ALCON,
I realize that some of you are confused about submitting a projected budget of expenditures for FY 2012. This is because no one has ever asked for it before. Even if you have a zero report it still needs to be filed at Wing Headquarters. The reports need to be at Wing Headquarters by 24 Sept 2011. This is the same day as the All Commanders Call. This will give the Wing Finance Officer time to review them and send them on to National by the required suspense date. If you have any questions submit them through your chain of command to Capt Lee.

All Group and Unit Commanders are requested to forward their annual budget reports for FY 2012 to Ohio Wing Headquarters. Please address them to Capt Angela Lee the Ohio Wing Finance Officer at angela.lee@ohwg.cap.gov. These reports MUST be at Wing Headquarters NLT 24 Sep 2011.
