Thank you from the out-going Group 4 CC

As I wind up my two year tour as the Group 4 CC, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank all of you for a memorable time in the center seat. I think we have four outstanding squadrons who have personnel in their ranks that really care about the program!

I certainly want to thank the Group 4 staff, Jim, Mike, Yvonne, the Steves, Joe, Chris, and Harry. And our unit commanders, Yvonne (again), Jack, Rob, and Jim. You guys are all great and you are what makes CAP an enjoyable experience.

Lastly, I want to wish all the best to our in-coming Group CC, Lt Col Snell. Tom has a long history with Group 4, serving as the CC on more than one occasion. You will find few officers who have his dedication and enthusiasm for our missions.

Though my professional life (the one that actually pays the bills) has increased to curtail my CAP activities over the last 9 months, I will still be serving as the Group IT Officer and Wing ITW. My task will be to help each Group unit expand and utilize the tech tools that are available to us, improving communication and efficiency.

Again, thank you all for a great tour. Let's continue to show them why Group 4 is the top dog!
