This has been a long time coming to e-publication.  Mr. Robert E. Arn was a pilot at Coastal Patrol Base No. 14, Panama City, Florida from September 1942 until June 1943. He flew 179 missions over the Gulf of Mexico, accruing 557 hours of flying time.  An Air Medal recipient, holder of the CAP Distinguished Service Medal and the rank of CAP Colonel, it is an honor and privilege to share his story with members of the Ohio Wing.
