Weekly meetings are intended to provide cadet staff members the opportunity to perform various leadership roles and serve as mentors to junior cadets by leading/facilitating cadet training activities. Meetings vary week-to-week to provide a number of training experiences based on the squadron's training plan and strategic unit goals.
